Cohesion Policy 2014-2020
How the European’s Cohesion policy affects civil society organisations in England.
The future of the European Structural and Investment Funds (SIF) are currently being designed for the next seven years starting from 2014. Why does this matter? EU Funds, in particular the European Social Fund, support employment and social inclusion and present new investment opportunities for the voluntary and community sector. There have been several opportunities over the past year to enable partners to fully engage in post 2013 development. These include the BIS consultation and events, and NCVO’s own regional and national events.
